The
Nablus society was founded in 1984 and is associated to Friendship North- South.
In 1996
Nablus and Stavanger became officially Friendship cities. The Nablus society in
2002 was participating in the foundation of Action for Palestine, an
organization working politically for a free Palestine. The Nablus society is
independent of any political party.
تأسست جمعية نابلس سنة 1984 وهي مرتبطة بالصداقة شمالاً وجنوباً . في سنة 1990 أصبحت كل من مدينتي نابلس وستافنجر مدن صداقة رسمياً . شاركت جمعية نابلس سنة 2002 في تأسيس مؤسسة في فلسطين تعمل سياسيا لإيجاد فلسطين حرة .
إن جمعية نابلس هي جمعية مستقلة عن أي حزب سياسي .
Everyone who wants to
support the work of the Nablus society may be Members of the society by paying a
yearly rate. Both individuals and organisations can be members. At the moment
the society has about 130 paying members. The highest authority of the
organisation is the Meeting of the Year. The meeting is for all members. In
between this meeting the Board will run the organisation according to activities
and projects decided at the Annual Meeting. The board should also show the
account of the year for the meeting, and the meeting should decide how to use
money for the next year. The Nablus-news is sent to all member eight times a
year, telling about our activities and about the situation for our friends in
Nablus.
الجمعية
كل من يريد أن يدعم الجمعية ممكن أن يصبح عضوا في الجمعية بدفع الاشتراك السنوي . كل الأفراد والمنظمات ممكن أن يصبحوا أعضاء في هذه اللحظة فان الجمعية تضم حوالي 130 عضو مشترك ، أعلى سلطة للجمعية هو الاجتماع السنوي .
الاجتماع يكون لجميع الأعضاء ويقوم المجلس يادارة المنظمة حسب الأنشطة والمشاريع المقررة خلال الاجتماع السنوي ، على المجلس أيضاَ أن بيين الميزانية السنوية وخلال الاجتماع يقرر كيفية استخدام هذه الأموال للسنة القادمة .
أخبار الجمعية ترسل إلى الأعضاء 8 مرات خلال السنة ، وتخبر الجميع عن النشاطات وعن أوضاع الجمعية لجميع الأصدقاء في نابلس .
The Nablus societies objects are to create contact, friendship and understanding between the inhabitants of Stavanger and the inhabitants of Nablus on the Palestine.
الأهداف
إن أهداف جمعية نابلس هو إيجاد العلاقة والصداقة والتفاهم بين مواطنين مدينة ستافنجر ومواطنين مدينة نابلس في فلسطين
The Nablus society is
making connections between kindergardens, schools, unions, and different
organisations in Nablus. Groups of children has visited Stavanger, some of them
to join Young Agenda, the environmental conference for children held every
second year. Some has come to play football with Norwegian children, and some
has participated at scout camps. This year eight dancers(
Folkloric groub ) from Asker Camp in Nablus has shown
us wonderful Palestinian dances together with their musician and their leaders.
The Director of the department of schools has
been visiting twice, a staff
member and computer
teachers are studying
distant education for two months in Stavanger. There has been the visit of
religious leaders, and several cultural events during the years past, All
visitors presented
the Palestinian
issue to different groups of people in Stavanger.
Members from the board together with politicians, cultural workers, artists,
school leaders or teachers from Stavanger, have nearly every year visited Nablus
in order to make more people in Stavanger engaged the partnership with Nablus.
During the scholastic year 2004/2005, the society was interested in activating relationships between twin schools, therefore :
1. In October 2004, two educators were invited to Stavanger to have training in computer assisted learning , the use of the internet in distance learning and teaching aids .Besides, they visited several schools .
2. In February 2005, the Director of Education , Mr. Mohammad Alqubbaj was invited to Stavanger to lay foundations and strengthen ties of the twinning process as the number of schools involved grew to four .Mr. Alqubbaj visited various educational institutions involved in Stavanger .
3. In May 2005, a delegation representing Nablus twin schools was invited to a youth conference concentrating on environment and future .The delegation represented Palestine among thirty other countries attending .
The delegation also presented a project of economic and folkloric importance entitled "The Olive Tree ."
المشاريع
تعمل جمعية نابلس على الربط بين رياض الأطفال ، المدارس ، الاتحادات وجمعيات مختلفة في مدينة نابلس . لقد قامت مجموعات من الأطفال بزيارة مدينة ستافنجر والبعض منهم انخرطوا بأجندة الشباب والمؤتمر البيئي للأطفال الذي يعقد كل سنتين .
بعض المجموعات جاء ليلعب كرة القدم مع الأطفال النرويجيين والبعض منهم اشترك في مخيمات الكشافة . هذه السنة 2004 حضر 8 راقصين للدبكة والفلكلور الشعبي من مخيم عسكر من نابلس وقدموا عرضا للفلكلور مع موسيقار يهم وقادتهم .
وقام المسئول عن دائرة التربية والتعليم في نابلس بزيارتنا مرتين ، وقام بزيارتنا معلما الحاسوب من مدارس نابلس والتدريب عن التدريس عن بعد وكانت زيارتهم لمدة شهرين في مدينة ستافنجر . وتمت دعوة وزيارة مسئول الأوقاف في مدينة نابلس .
وقد قام الزائرون أيضاً بعرض القضية الفلسطينية والتحدث عنها إلى جميع الفرق الموجودة من جنسيات مختلفة ، وكان موجود معنا من مدينة ستافنجر أعضاء من الطاقم من رجال سياسة ومثقفون وفنانون وقيادي مدارس من الذين يقومون بزيارة نابلس مرات عديدة وكل ذلك بهدف تعزيز العلاقة ما بين التوأمة بين ستافنجر ونابلس .
لقد قامت جمعية نابلس في ستافنجر بتفعيل العلاقات بين مدينة نابلس في فلسطين ومدينة ستافنجر في النرويج ، وذلك من خلال مدارس التوأمة بين المدينتين .
خلال العام الدراسي 2004/2005 قامت الجمعية بسلسلة من الأعمال المشتركة بين المدينتين وكان من أهمها تنشيط وتفعيل مدارس التوأمة ، و على أثر ذلك قامت الجمعية بما يلي :-

In May 2005, a delegation representing Nablus twin schools was invited to a youth conference concentrating on environment and future .
The delegation represented Palestine among thirty other countries attending .
The delegation also presented a project of economic and folkloric importance entitled "The Olive Tree ."
For the next year we
are planning to invite the dance group to visit Stavanger once more. We also
plan for a group of children coming to the conference Young Agenda in May. And
together with the council of Stavanger we hope to develop the twinning of
schools and the exchange of teachers. Partnership is to share knowledge and
experiences, and to build this partnership we need to meet.
The board therefore plan for a visit to Nablus in the first half of 2005, together with politicians and teachers/ school leaders.
أجندة الجمعية
في كل سنة قادمة نخطط لدعوة فرق الدبكة للفلكلور الفلسطيني لزيارة ستافنجر مرة أخرى ، كما إننا نخطط لدعوة زيارة لمجموعة من الأطفال لمؤتمر أجندة الصغار في شهر أيار 2005 . وبالتعاون مع مجلس ستافنجر نأمل في تطوير التوأمة مع المدارس وتبادل المدرسين .
من أجل بناء الشراكة يجب أن نتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة ولكي يتم ذلك علينا أن نلتقي .
إن المجلس يخطط لزيارة نابلس في أوائل نصف سنة 2005 بصحبة السياسيين والمدرسين ومدراء المدارس .
